Although united in the same spiritual family – The Saint John Family-, each religious community has its own government, its history and its way of life. In particular, they are legally and financially distinct. Brothers and sisters cooperate in certain missions: youth camps, parishes, family sessions, etc. and bring together some major events such as a youth festival or a family festival. Although they usually have separate offices, brothers and sisters share the same breviary. Once a quarter, the Family Council brings together the three prior general and those responsible for studies.
